We are now looking for experienced developers in C and C++ for assignments with our clients in defense, automotive, and telecommunications to join our consulting team in Stockholm. Your role as a C/C++ developer

As a C/C++ developer, you will work on assignments that span a wide technical area - from hardware-near programming with high performance requirements to more general application development.

The assignments are conducted either at our premises in Alvik, at one of our clients in Greater Stockholm, or in a hybrid solution with the possibility of remote work.

Products and systems you may work with include mobile telephony systems, radar systems for vehicles, systems for combat aircraft, and command and coordination systems in defense. We strive to match assignments according to your interests, experience, and long-term development.

You will primarily work in agile teams with daily scrum meetings. Some assignments are conducted in cross-functional teams, while others take place in more specialized competence groups. For those with interest and drive, there is an opportunity to take on increased responsibility, for example as a scrum master, tech lead, or team lead, in combination with the developer role.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has a basic engineering education with a focus on computer engineering, information technology, or another education with a focus on software development and IT infrastructure. You should be comfortable with both English and Swedish in both spoken and written form for your daily work.

You have several years of experience in C++ and/or C development as well as development on Linux platforms. You are accustomed to working with versioning and automation systems such as GIT and Jenkins. Experience with RTOS and developing Linux distributions, e.g., with Yocto, is a merit.

We are looking for someone who is responsible and takes ownership of their work while enjoying collaboration and sharing their knowledge. You are curious and want to continue developing, both technically and professionally, and thus have an easy time adapting to new conditions and customer needs. As the position involves work that is subject to defense secrecy, you are required to undergo and be approved in a security screening with a background check.
